Retreat Outline: 

Friday 8/23: Arrival 4pm, Opening Circle 5pm 

​

Weekend Includes:

- two evening Yin Yoga and Poetry evening practices

- two Thai Yoga Massage classes, instructing students in a simple sequence to take home and offer massage to friends and family

- two morning Hatha Yoga classes

- morning meditation circle by the Sky Meadow Pond 

- fire ceremony 

- three delicious vegetarian meals a day

Sunday 8/25: Closing Circle at 2pm, exit by 3:30pm
